Hill Country Vine Radio is an interview and talk-centered program hosted by Charley Jordan. The show airs live every Wednesday from 4:30 to 6:00 PM, discussing everything Texas Viticulture. From the soil to the glass, from the vine to the wine, Hill Country Vine Radio will provide entertaining, practical and informative discussion with live guests who are in the business -  encouraging all listeners to engage and discover an appreciation for the craft. The program will have multiple segments, which include: “best bottle” wine reviews and food pairings, local vineyard updates, wine history, and so much more. Fortified Wine
  - A wine to which a distilled spirit, usually brandy, is added.

  - The process by which you combine different varietal wines into one supreme wine.
  - Enotourism, oenotourism, wine tourism, or vinitourism refers to tourism whose purpose is or includes the tasting, consumption or purchase of wine, often at or near the source.
Gravity Flow
  - Gravity flow winemaking is a practice that is becoming well recognized by wine makers and vino fanatics. The process in gravity flow (also known as gravity fed) winemaking allows for the wine to stream from winery levels. Unlike traditional one-level cellars, there is no use of pumps or mechanical force, enabling the wine to gently extract colour, flavour and tannin.
